Creekside Directory FINAL NOTICE

Tonight at Midnight is the deadline for the Creekside Directory submission forms.
All Creekside residents should have received the Submission form sometime over the last 2 week, but if you can not find it, it is available below and on the Creekside website.

2008 Creekside Directory Submission Form

Please return this form to Dianne Darrow tonight. Her contact info is on the bottom of the Submission form. We need your form to finish the Directory for distribution at this Saturday's Creekside Potluck & Town Hall meeting (4 pm in the cul-de-sac on 46th Ave. Cir. E.).
