Town Hall Discussion Cont.

Mailboxes were discussed at the Town Hall Meeting as well. The "New" mailbox design that was presented earlier this year has been tabled by the CMB to discuss at a later date. However some mailboxes are damaged and need to be replaced. The current supplier went out of business a few months ago and alternative suppliers have been approved by the CMB. The ACC will review both products this week. (No Images Available at this time.) The following statement was issued by Sharon Fannin, the chairperson of the ACC, regarding the alternatives:

Below are two approved suppliers of Creekwood mailboxes, who will construct and deliver mailboxes built to Creekwood specifications:

Robert Bond, At the Top of the Post/The Mailbox Man, phone 747-2266.

Mr. Bond's mailbox assembly (post and arms) is constructed completely of PVC with vinyl numbers and white aluminum box with red flag. Single costs $388 + tax, double costs $393 + tax. Installation of new and disposal of old is included in the price.

Paul Yarusso, Creekwood resident, phone 756-3069

Mr. Yarusso's mailbox assembly is constructed completely of wood with vinyl numbers and white aluminum box with red flag. Single and doubles cost $150 without post, $175 with new post. Installation of new and disposal of old is included in the price.

Also, the approved standard paint colors for Creekwood mailbox logos available from Scott Paint is Water Fountain Blue 5001-10A and Tropical Rainforest Green 6002-10Cs.
